If it is a online product software can be accessed anywhere and anytime where as if it a offline product , accessing is restricted to that particular area itself which is provided by LAN/VPN

Is there any Mobile Application for data entry?

We developed the mobile app for your employees so that now they can update the data from any where once the app installed.

A maximum of how many users can I have?

You can have any numbers of users. There no such limit on the no of users we can provide you.

Processor (CPU): Intel Core i3 (sixth generation or newer) or equivalent Giga bite/ Mercury mother board .

Operating System: windows 2000/xp/vista , windows 7 or windows 8

What is minimum speed of internet required?

The minimum speed required to run the application is 512 kbps.

Can I take back up of my data , if necessary?

Yes, you can get the back up and it will be as Mysql database.

What if I have lost my online password?

A recovered password will be sent to your mail id which you have given at the time of registration.

What if I have multiple locations/branches for data entry. Does your product support that?

Yes. We can ensure you with separate logins and individual data for each and every branch for data entry.

What if I have my own standards (production), rather than the industry standards?

You can enter the standards but need to link to your current flock at the time of Induction.

What are the available modes of payment?

Cheque, Cash,NEFT/RTGS,Swift Transfer and we are working for Paypal, Master Card, Visa

Do I get a discount if I do a payment on single installment?

Yes. A Discount of 5% will be given if the payment is made in single installment

How many days it will take for activation of my license after the payment?

Usually the payment processing takes 24-48 hrs, we can activate your license with in 12-24 hrs after we get your payment.

How do I renew my Contract?

To renew your contract you just have to login to your previously registered account through our client control panel.

What are the operating support hours?

We are available to help our clients from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM everyday except non-working days . Note : Incase of any urgency , we will be there to help you.

In case we require extra support, what are the options available?

As the software is online, we can use various tools such asTeamViewer,Skype and Software based chat which is inbuilt in the system.
